4. Payment Terms

4.1 Fees & Invoicing

All invoices must be paid in full within the agreed-upon timeframe. Late payments may be subject to interest charges.

4.2 Deposits

A deposit may be required to secure a booking. Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the agreement.

4.3 Cancellations & Refunds

If a project is canceled by the client after commencement, fees may still be due for work completed. Refunds are at our discretion based on incurred costs.

5. Liability & Indemnity

5.1 Limitation of Liability

Ether/Awe is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific project.

5.2 Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for ensuring they have rights to any content provided to Ether/Awe and for obtaining necessary permissions, such as location permits or talent releases.

5.3 Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures in performance due to events beyond our control, including natural disasters, technical failures, or legal restrictions.
